Let’s get bouncing to some beats from a Bollywood film.
At one point in the dance we mime playing the Dhol drum. This drum hangs from the
shoulders at waist height and is played with a stick in each hand which beats against a
skin on each end of the instrument.
This song is set in the Punjab region in North India and is about getting fit so ‘chak de’
‘let’s go’!
